Comments on the Military and Business Ownership
My 2 deployments to Iraq and 3 years training mobilized military members for overseas deployments has allowed me to meet people from all walks of life. Communication and teamwork are key to having a smooth running military exercise or operation. The same is true when working with clients, vendors and other partners. People really are any organization's greatest resource and when properly lead will accomplish amazing feats.
