Comments on the Military and Business Ownership
During my active duty time, I was a department head, at 24-25 years old assigned to two different submarines. This forced a high degree of mastering organizational skills, rapid maturation as a leader and how to obtain performance from men in a hostile environment of all skill education levels and those with many years of submarine service. Additionally, I was selected to be an Admiral's Aide and Flag Lt. to the submarine flotilla commander for COMSUBFLOT ONE, San Diego, CA.
