DIRECTV and Dish Network are price fixed. This means no one can overcharge you for programming its the sane coast to coast.

In one word. SYSTEMS! A successful organization almost always operates around systems. Whether it be in sales, installation, service, or supply there is always a system. This doesn't mean you can't accept change. Change within a system is a good thing if it improves the system. Recent history teaches that change for the sake of change is not always fruitful. My time in the ARMY taught me to improve the system that needed it the most, to be productive and develop a more structured profit center
