Biography: I graduated high school from a small town in Maine. During high school I enjoyed science, health and cooking. After school I chose a career that would take me far from my studies I joined the US Coast Guard. I was honorably discharged after eight years of being a firearms instructor and a law enforcement officer.  After my service time, I worked for local law enforcement. This new job allowed me to have more time off away from work. So with this new found freedom I was able to dabble in things I enjoyed like cooking. I loved the grill! I cooked everything and anything on my grill. Weekends with families were the best although I wanted to offer more to my guests. So I started trying new things. Using a scientific, logical approach to finding something to WOW my guests, I measured and mixed up some new spices and chilies. The results were a success of plenty of wide eyed smiles and full bellies. My family, friends and guest couldn’t get enough. My law enforcement career end
