The Jot 'Em Down Store Gift Shop and Lum and Abner Museum are in the general store buildings built in 1909 and 1904,now on the National Register of Historic Places . They were the basis for the Lum and Abner radio programs from 1931 to 1955 and are very popular today as part of nostalgia. The store and museum are open 9am-4pm Tues-Sat, Sun 12-4 March-Oct.
